Bill's crew replaced my underlayment in September 2024, the estimate was very reasonable, the team was efficient and cleaned up well after; I was very satisfied in all regards! Two weeks ago I got a text from a backyard neighbor who had noticed some tiles on my roof were out of place, I called Bill and (especially since we were having good rains) he was at my house within 20 minutes to put them back in place. Their price and quality are wonderful. But even better was the customer service. During the last rains I had water dripping in my house. Bill came out let me know what it was (not the roof) and was going to patch it on the spot. I wanted to make a few other repairs so he left the sealant and gave me crystal clear directions. And. Many more days of rain and no leak. Thank you for fixing a leak that wasn't your roof.
